Are ETHERAO gemstones natural?
Yes. ETHERAO primarily works with naturally formed gemstones and minerals.
Natural stones naturally vary in color, texture, transparency, inclusions, luster, and internal structure. These differences are part of what makes each ETHERAO Artifact unique.
We do not try to eliminate these natural variations simply to make every piece look identical.
Are the gemstones dyed, treated, or artificially enhanced?
ETHERAO strives to select natural gemstones that can present their inherent colors and textures naturally.
Because different minerals may be subject to commonly used treatments within the gemstone industry, the specific material information for each product will always be provided on its individual product page.
We value the natural character of minerals and believe that natural stones should not be expected to look perfectly identical.
Will my bracelet look exactly like the one shown on the website?
Not necessarily.
ETHERAO product images are generally photographed in natural light to present the gemstones as authentically as possible.
We do not rely on professional studio lighting or fill lights, and we do not artificially adjust, recolor, or digitally alter the gemstones during post-production to change their natural appearance.
As a result, natural variations in color, texture, transparency, inclusions, and luster may occur from one piece to another.
We want what you see on our website to remain as close as possible to the natural appearance of the stone itself—not an artificially perfected version.
Are ETHERAO bracelets handmade?
Selected ETHERAO Artifacts involve individual selection, assembly, finishing, and final inspection.
For personalized and bespoke pieces, we prepare each order according to the information and options provided by the customer rather than simply selecting a standard item from inventory.
This means each piece goes through an individual preparation process before it is shipped.
What is the standard bracelet size?
The standard bracelet size is approximately 16 cm / 6.3 inches.
If you require a different size, you may be able to provide your wrist measurement or select a custom-size option, depending on the product.
For gifts, if you are unsure of the recipient's wrist size, you can generally select the standard size or follow the sizing guidance provided on the individual product page.
Can I wear my ETHERAO bracelet every day?
Yes.
ETHERAO is designed to allow symbolic and meaningful Artifacts to naturally become part of everyday life.
However, natural gemstones and other materials still require appropriate care. We recommend removing your bracelet before swimming, bathing, exercising, or coming into contact with cleaning products or harsh chemicals.
How should I care for my ETHERAO?
To help preserve your Artifact, avoid prolonged exposure to:

- Skincare products
- Cleaning agents
- High temperatures
- Harsh chemicals
- Prolonged direct sunlight
After wearing, gently wipe the bracelet with a soft, dry cloth and store it in your ETHERAO presentation box or another soft, protected environment.

Will the test tell me which bracelet I have to buy?
No.

How accurate are the digital reports?
Digital reports are generated based on the information you provide, predefined rules, and the symbolic frameworks used within the ETHERAO experience.

How does the Lemurian Crystal selection process work?
Selected ETHERAO Lemurian Crystals can be customized according to weight (grams) and color preferences.
You can provide:
- Desired weight

Based on your requirements, ETHERAO will select suitable Lemurian Crystals and send photos or videos to your email for approval.
We will proceed with shipping after you approve the selected crystal.

How long does a personalized or bespoke Artifact take to prepare?
Under normal circumstances, the overall preparation and delivery time for a personalized or bespoke Artifact is approximately 10–20 business days.
This includes product selection, personalization, preparation, blessing, packaging, and international delivery, depending on the specific product.
Because some Artifacts require individual preparation, we prioritize the complete ETHERAO experience rather than simply minimizing processing time.

What does “Energy” mean in the ETHERAO experience?

No specific outcome can be guaranteed.

ETHERAO does not guarantee that wearing an Artifact will produce specific results relating to health, wealth, career, relationships, love, or other areas of life.

DIMENSION 5 — SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
How long will it take to receive my ETHERAO?
An ETHERAO Artifact is not simply picked from inventory and shipped.
To make each piece more personal, we individually prepare orders through product selection, personalized preparation, cleansing and blessing rituals, and hand packaging. For personalized products, we also prepare the Artifact according to the information you provide.
From order processing and personalized preparation through international delivery, your ETHERAO will typically take approximately:
10–20 business days to arrive.
Because each piece receives individual preparation, we focus on creating a complete ETHERAO experience rather than treating your order as a standard warehouse shipment.
Does ETHERAO ship worldwide?
ETHERAO offers international shipping.
Available destinations and shipping methods may vary depending on your delivery address and will be displayed during checkout.
Certain locations may be subject to local shipping, customs, or import restrictions.
Can I track my order?
If your selected shipping method includes tracking, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.
You can use the tracking information to follow your package during transit.
Please note that international shipping updates may occasionally be delayed due to customs processing, local carrier handling, weekends, or public holidays.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes when my order arrives?
ETHERAO uses DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping where applicable.
This means applicable import duties and taxes are included in the shipping arrangement for your order. You will generally not need to pay additional customs duties or import taxes to the local carrier or customs authority when the package arrives.
The applicable shipping arrangement and charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.
What happens if my package is delayed by customs?
International shipments may be affected by customs inspections, local import regulations, carrier processing, or other circumstances outside ETHERAO's direct control.
If a shipment is delayed, we will use the available tracking information to help you understand its status.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet entered the personalized preparation or production process, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because selected ETHERAO Artifacts are individually prepared after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once preparation has begun.
For this reason, please contact us promptly if you need to make a change.
Does ETHERAO accept returns?
Eligible standard products may be returned within 15 days, provided they remain unused and are returned with their original packaging and accessories where applicable.
Specific return conditions and eligibility are subject to the return policy applicable to your order.
Can personalized or bespoke products be returned?
Because personalized and bespoke products are prepared specifically according to the customer's information and selections, they are generally considered Final Sale and cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect cases involving a verifiable product quality issue.
What should I do if my package or product arrives damaged?
If your ETHERAO arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.
We recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery and providing:
- Order number
- Photos of the outside of the package
- Photos showing the damage
- Photos of the product
- Opening or unpacking photos or video, if available
