Q: Do you ship worldwide? A: Yes, we provide sacred delivery to most regions globally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 15-day return policy for standard items in their original, unused condition. Please note that Custom/Personalized artifacts are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless there is a verifiable quality issue. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Q: My artifact arrived damaged. What should I do? A: Every shipment is treated as a "Sacred Delivery" with museum-grade protection. If damage occurs during transit, please email us at kevincent526@gmail.com within 48 hours of reception with photographic evidence, and we will make it right.
