ETHERAO | Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time All ETHERAO artifacts are subjected to a final quality and energy resonance check before dispatch.
- Standard Items: Processed within 3-5 business days.
- Custom/Bespoke Pieces: Since these require dedicated hand-weaving and alignment, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays in Beijing.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates We provide international shipping to most countries and regions. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard International Shipping: Estimated 10-20 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (DHL/FedEx): Estimated 5-8 business days.
- Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 USD.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your artifact begins its journey, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes ETHERAO (Beijing Hengcheng Huachang Technology Co., Ltd.) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Ritualistic Packaging & Protection To ensure your artifacts transcend space and time safely, every item is encased in museum-grade protective packaging. We treat every shipment as a "Sacred Delivery." However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us at kevincent526@gmail.com within 48 hours of reception with photographic evidence so we can make it right.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. ETHERAO is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
