At ETHERAO, each creation is carefully prepared through a personalized process combining natural gemstones, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design.

Because many of our products are individually prepared rather than mass-produced, delivery times may vary slightly depending on customization requirements and destination.

1. Order Processing & Delivery Time

ETHERAO creations are not mass-produced inventory items.

Each order may include:

Crystal selection;
Bracelet size preparation;
Personalized details;
Quality inspection;
Protective packaging.

From the date your order is placed to the date you receive your item:

The total delivery time is typically 10–20 business days.

This timeframe includes:

Product preparation;
Craftsmanship;
Quality inspection;
Packaging;
International shipping and delivery.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on:

Destination country or region;
Customs processing;
Local courier services;
Holidays or unexpected circumstances.

Orders are processed during normal business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

ETHERAO provides international shipping to customers worldwide.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order details and destination.

Our shipping policy:

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 USD
Standard Shipping Fee: $9.90 USD for orders under $150 USD

The available shipping options and final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information typically becomes active within:

24–48 hours after shipment.

Please note that tracking updates may vary depending on the destination country and local shipping carrier.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

ETHERAO ships internationally and aims to provide a smooth cross-border shopping experience.

For applicable destinations, ETHERAO uses Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, meaning applicable import duties and taxes are generally included during the purchasing process.

Customers are not normally required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

However, customs regulations vary by country. In rare cases, additional charges may occur due to local regulations, customs requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Packaging & Product Protection

Every ETHERAO creation is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Our packaging process includes:

Protective jewelry packaging;
Secure shipment preparation;
Careful handling before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within:

48 hours of delivery

and provide:

Order number;
Photos of the damaged item;
Packaging condition.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, ETHERAO is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
