OVERVIEW This website is operated by Beijing Hengcheng Huachang Technology Co., Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ETHERAO. SECTION 2 - THE "ETHERAO" SERVICE & ENERGY ANALYSIS ETHERAO provides digital diagnostic tools (including the "Energy Decoder" and "Aetheric Bond") and physical artifacts.

  • Interpretation: The insights provided by our digital tools are based on ancient Eastern wisdom and resonance theories. They are intended for spiritual exploration and personal growth only.
  • No Professional Advice: The Service does not provide medical, financial, or legal advice. Any action taken based on our digital reports is at the user's own risk.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS AND CRAFTSMANSHIP

  • Artisanal Nature: Many of our artifacts are handcrafted and utilize natural gemstones. You acknowledge that minor variations in color, texture, and pattern are natural characteristics of the materials and do not constitute defects.
  • Limitation of Quantity: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION The "Ethereal Logic" framework, all digital report algorithms, and brand aesthetics are the exclusive intellectual property of Beijing Hengcheng Huachang Technology Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reverse-engineering of our diagnostic tools or reproduction of our design motifs is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under international law.

SECTION 8 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. In no case shall ETHERAO, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind.

SECTION 9 - INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beijing Hengcheng Huachang Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Beijing.
